       红烧的做法大致是这样的，去掉鱼腥线鱼背白色的那个就是。然后切几刀涂上酱油和盐，然后把油烧的红红的，下锅炸焦捞起，炒一下辅料再把鱼放下去炒，家上点白酒就可以了。下次拍个照片上传上来看看，其实样子还很像那么回事的。

       里面的荷妈是我真期待的角色，可惜戏路太过于平坦。从头到尾都是老好人。米雪演的红姨感觉越来越疯狂，越看越有种想暴打她的感觉。这个角色有高潮。开始是个温顺的女工，然后是孝顺的儿媳"善良"的妈妈,同时也是险恶的老板娘，最后是恶毒的妇人。要说里面最想让人圈圈点点的那关菊英演的“SA姨”啦。哈哈疯疯癫癫！
